PRIORY ELECTORAL ROLL
Are you on the Priory Electoral Roll? Joining the electoral roll is an important way of confirming your commitment to the Priory Community and to the vision of the church. Joining the electoral roll means that you can vote on church matters, attend the APCM (Annual Parochial Church Meeting) and stand for election to the PCC. Being on the Electoral Roll does not entail signing up to any additional commitments. However, it does help our church show its strength. Forms are at the back of the church and should, when completed, be handed to the electoral roll officer, Geoff Bricknell, or emailed to gandhbricknell@gmail.com, before the 24th April 2026.
ANNUAL PAROCHIAL CHURCH MEETING (APCM) AND VESTRY MEETING,
SUNDAY 10th May at 11:15am AT THE PRIORY
The APCM and the Vestry meeting for the appointment of the Churchwardens is open to all on the electoral roll and is being held on the 10th May 2026 at 11:15am after the Eucharist Service at the Priory. Election of PCC members will also take place. The agendas, minutes of last year's meetings, parish reports and financial report will be available before the meeting on our website shortly. Only a small number of printed copies will be available on the day.
THE PRIORY PCC NEEDS........YOU!
The PCC is the body of people in our church which makes decisions and plans for mission, finance, care and repair of the building, worship and many other areas of our Priory life together. We need ideas and views from all parts of our congregation. If YOU would like to make a difference, take part in the challenges and projects that will shape the future of the Priory and it's people, please take time to consider being elected on to the PCC this May. Nomination forms will be available in due course at the back of the church. Please talk to our churchwardens, Clare Cathcart or Barbara Jones for more information.
