During the Vikings exhibition morning prayer at the Priory will be in the choir vestry. Please let Fr Guy know if you are attending one of these services.
SAFEGUARDING TRAINING
Ceri Hibbert is providing Foundation Level training on the 2nd Saturday of each month (excluding August & December) from 10am-12:30pm at the Forbury for anyone who wants or needs a better understanding of how we can keep everyone safe.
TEAM COFFEE MORNINGS
Every Friday at the Forbury Chapel, 10.00am—12noon.
Please come along, meet old friends, make new friends, help raise funds for our churches and local charities. Only £1.70 for a tea or coffee! This Friday, 19th June is Stoke Prior parish, please come along to support them. Please contact the team receptionist, on 01568612124, Monday to Friday 9.30am –1.00pm if you would like to host a coffee morning. There are some dates available.

A reminder that the ANNUAL PRIORY SUMMER FETE will take place this year on Saturday 4 th July at 2pm.
Musical entertainment this year will be as usual provided by the wonderful TENBURY TOWN BAND
The usual range of stalls will provide you with your bargains, and delicious refreshments will tempt you in the Norman Nave.

3 SAINTS FELLOWSHIP
You may have noticed the lovely banners by Ceri dedicated to Dubricius, Edfrith and Milburga, the founding fathers and mother of the Diocese. Several of you have joined the first meetings of the brand new diocesan 3 Saints Fellowship designed to support and inspire us in our faith.
We are meeting in person at the Forbury 3-4.30pm this Tuesday 9 June (Session 1), Thursday 16 July and Thursday 13 August, led by Fr Andrew. These will recap the previous zoom session & teaching in the Growing in Christ course and give us a space in which to share responses and encourage one another. HOLIDAY CLUB RESOURCES
We are in need of the following items for junk modelling at Holiday Club in July.
Clean and dry recycling - flattened cardboard boxes, yoghurt pots, cereal boxes, toilet and kitchen roll tubes, plastic bottles (any size), margarine/butter tubs, soft fruit punnets, juice cartons but NO tins, metal or glass.
Drop off donations to the church on a Sunday or to the Forbury Chapel.

Sunday 14th June 6pm ‘Beowulf, and the Dragon’s Hoard’, and ‘The Legend of Our Hoard’ Leominster Morris, puppeteer Andrew Purvin and the Priory Arts Players retell an old wild tale of Hoards, and peform a new drama about the Herefordshire Hoard found near Leominster. £5, under 16s free Tuesday 16th June 6pm ‘A Clash of Cultures (Music in the Early Medieval Period)’ Richard and Elizabeth Walsh will discuss the evidence concerning early medieval music-making including demonstrating a number of reproduction period instruments. £5
Thursday 18th June 4.30pm ‘What is your Treasure?’ Schools performance: a new interpretation of the story of the Herefordshire Hoard with puppets, dance and song. FREE + Donations welcome. Saturday 20th June 7pm ‘Tales of Dragons and Songs of Praise’ Leominster Choral Society perform works by Elgar and Mendelssohn £18, under 18s free Sunday 21st June 7pm ‘Heirs of the Vikings’ Choral gems by Scandinavian composers performed by Border Voices with Baroque strings including uplifting works by Buxtehude and ethereal classics by Arvo Pärt and Sibelius FREE + Donations welcome. Monday 22nd June 6pm ‘The Viking, His Wife and The Lost Queen of Wales’ Peter McIntosh interprets an AngloSaxon document from the Hereford Gospels bringing to life the surprising power of women in this area. £5
